This document outlines the agreement between you and Surbiton Airport Minicabs. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you expressly acknowledge and accept, without reservation, the terms and conditions detailed in this agreement.

Definitions

References to "Surbiton Airport Minicabs," "we," or "us" pertain to the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company engaging in a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 Allocate sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-in. Surbiton Airport Minicabs is not liable for delays caused by your failure to allocate ample time or if you are not prepared for collection at the scheduled time.

2.2 Ensure the ordered car accommodates all passengers and luggage appropriately. We do not guarantee the transport of excessive luggage, and children, regardless of age, are considered individual passengers.

2.3 Request wheelchair access during the booking process if needed.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotation, excluding VAT unless specified otherwise, is based on information provided by you. We may adjust the quote for material changes to the itinerary.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the landing time and airport parking costs. Additional waiting time beyond this period incurs standard Surbiton Airport Minicabs rates.

3.3 Confirm the booking confirmation received upon accepting our quote to avoid delays or costs resulting from inaccuracies.

3.4 Payment methods accepted: cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impact caused by passengers.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is not permitted in the car.

4.3 Ensure appropriate restraint for children based on height, weight, and age.

4.4 Adhere to passenger limits specified by licensing or insurance.

Cancellations

5.1 Notify us promptly if you need to cancel your booking. Cancellation charges apply if made after dispatch, based on time and distance covered.

5.2 Online booking cancellations may incur charges before dispatch.

Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. We assume no responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will provide an alternative car for a prompt continuation of your journey.

6.4 You will not hold Surbiton Airport Minicabs liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from omissions or acts by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or any other matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or other passengers. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Surbiton Airport Minicabs may subcontract obligations. You may not assign or transfer rights and obligations without prior written consent.

8.2 We reserve the right to modify terms and conditions, with changes reflected on this page. Review regularly for updates. Existing bookings adhere to rates at the time of booking.

8.3 Data processing complies with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Surbiton Airport Minicabs and yourself.

8.5 These terms and conditions confer no advantage to third parties unless agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be filed within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Surbiton Airport Minicabs is not obligated to entertain claims or disputes made beyond this timeframe.
